Richard J. Marusak, Esquire engages in the general practice of law, including Civil Accident Case Litigation, Real Estate, Business and Commercial transactions, and Wills and Estates. His practice has included appearances in various Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Appellate Courts and the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Marusak was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1976, and has practiced in Hazleton, Pennsylvania since that time. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton, where he earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting in 1973. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Dickinson School of Law in 1976. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association For Justice, and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.

Attorney Marusak serves on the Lawyer-Realtor Committee of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. He has served as a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association Executive Committee from 2009-2010. He is also a Member of the Boards of United Charities, Inc., and United Children’s Homes, Inc., West Hazleton, Pennsylvania.

Attorney Marusak and his wife, Andrea, (a graduate of Penn State University) are the parents of two children, Lisa Grove and Matthew Marusak, both of whom are Penn State University graduates. Lisa is married to Joshua Grove and is an Elementary Education Teacher in Cary, NC. Matthew is a Senior Journal Manager at Oxford University Press in Morrisville, NC.

Joseph D. Ustynoski, Esquire engages in the general practice of law. He practices in the following areas: Civil and Personal Accident Case Litigation, Wills/Estate Planning/Estates, Real Estate, and Business/Commercial Transactions. He specializes in, both Third Party and Uninsured and Underinsured Causes of Action. He is licensed to practice in various Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Appellate Courts and the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Joseph D. Ustynoski was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1997, and has practiced in Hazleton, Pennsylvania since that time. He is a graduate of Providence College, where he earned a B.S. Degree in Political Science in 1981. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1997. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.

Attorney Ustynoski serves on the Board of Directors for the Hazleton Blind Association and is Solicitor for the West Hazleton Knights of Columbus. For over 15 years he has been the Solicitor for the Greater Hazleton Joint Sewer Authority. He is a member of the Roger Williams University School of Law Alumni Board of Directors and a Marian Catholic School Board Member.

He is an active member of St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hazleton, Pennsylvania, and serves as a Trustee and Lector.

Attorney Ustynoski and his wife, Jeananne, (a graduate of Penn State University) are the parents of two children, Jennifer Ustynoski and Joseph R. Ustynoski. Joseph is married to Anne Ustynoski.
